Returns Overview

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation number

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

We may ask for photographs to help us assess the problem and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
